Sets vary in size from bead to bead, but usually there four main sizes
• earring size: 8mm x 12mm
• small: 10mm x 15mm
• medium: 12mm x 17mm
• large: 16mm x 20mm.
Focal beads come in many sizes and shapes. Sizes will be noted with the bead set for sale.
Lamp work bead making is not an exact science so sizes may vary a few millimeters in either direction.
Don can reproduce many of his beads, so ask if you want more of the same. No two beads can ever match, but some, like his tiger and leopard beads, can be reproduced nicely and coordinate with his existing beads.
There are, of course, beads that can't be reproduced because of the intricacies involved.
Since we also have a physical store in Houston, Texas, one or more of the beads for sale on-line could already be sold at the store. We attempt to update our website on a regular basis, but sometimes we just aren't fast enough. If this is the case, we will let you know that the bead has been sold, and ask if you want Don to make another. If so, he will send a picture of the new bead for approval. Depending on a lot of factors, it could take from one day to two months to reproduce a bead or bead set. He will always give a lead time.
